1. Artisanal Nature & Material Characteristics
Every item curated by Editions17 is individually cast, finished, and detailed by hand. Because we work with high-quality plaster and raw materials, slight natural variations in texture, fine porous micro-surface details, character lines, and tone are unique characteristics of the artisanal casting process. These distinct elements are standard signatures of handmade sculptural media and are not classified as manufacturing defects.

2. Production Lead Times & Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us. Because our homeware collections are meticulously handcrafted to order, production lead times are subject to studio availability. Standard production windows are outlined on our product pages, and estimated dispatch dates are provided for guidance only. We are not liable for standard studio variations in curing or production timelines.

3. Accuracy of Pricing & Modifications
Prices for our artisanal pieces are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any product design or collection) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of our items.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, product designs, sculptural shapes, lifestyle imagery, photography, custom text code, logos, and branding assets displayed on editions17.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Editions17. Any unauthorized reproduction, replication, modification, or distribution of our original sculptural designs or media assets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
