Editions17 Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting independent, artisanal design. Every sculptural piece at Editions17 is meticulously handcrafted, finished, and curated to order. Because we celebrate the unique, raw textures of plaster media, we want you to be completely satisfied with your studio acquisition. 

1. 14-Day Return Window & Eligibility
If you are not entirely satisfied with your item, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your delivery. 
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the exact condition you received it.
• The item must be returned in its original, specialized protective packaging. Because sculptural plaster is fragile, returns shipped in substandard packaging that arrive damaged at our studio cannot be accepted for a refund.

2. Fragile Transit & Delivery Damages
We take immense pride in our specialized, shock-absorbent double-walled packing methods. However, in the rare event that your item sustains damage during transit, we will prioritize crafting an immediate replacement.
To claim a transit breakage replacement or refund:
• You must inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt.
• Please contact us at hello@editions17.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Your email must include clear photographic evidence of both the broken item and the transit packaging it arrived in. 
Once verified, our studio will fast-track a complimentary replacement piece to your address at no extra cost.

3. The Return Process
To initiate a standard return, please email us at hello@editions17.com with your order number. 
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping trackable postage fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return Address: We will provide our secure studio return coordinates via email once your return request is approved.

4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our studio team, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

5. Custom & Bespoke Commissions
Please note that custom plaster colorways, custom dimensions, or custom design commissions tailored specifically to your space are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they sustain damage during transit.
