Editions17 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Editions17. Every architectural homeware item is handcrafted, detailed, and finished to order in our studio workshop. Because we honor a meticulous, small-batch artisanal workflow that includes precise casting, curing, and structural drying phases, please review our transit parameters below.

1. Production Lead Times & Aggregate Timeline
• Handcrafted Timeline: Because our collections require dedicated curing time before safe packaging, our total turnaround window (combining artisan studio production + active courier delivery transit) is approximately 10 to 14 days from your order date.
• Order Notifications: The moment your piece leaves our curing racks and is safely handed over to our premium courier partner, you will receive an automated shipping notice email containing your unique live tracking coordinates.

2. Domestic UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Methods
We utilize premium tracked and signed delivery methods to guarantee the secure transit of our delicate sculptural works.
• Shipping Method: All domestic orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature, ensuring fully visible milestone tracking and secure arrival confirmation.
• Flat Rate Delivery Fee: Shipping is charged at a flat rate of £5.25 at checkout for all standard domestic orders.

3. Specialized Secure Packaging
Because structural plaster media requires absolute care during transit, we do not utilize standard postal envelopes or soft bags. Every Editions17 acquisition is meticulously nested inside specialized shock-absorbent cushioning, custom-molded stabilization wraps, and double-walled industrial structural boxes to protect your piece against courier network movements.

4. Delayed Packages or Issues
While we partner exclusively with trusted, premium domestic couriers, external transit network delays can occasionally manifest. If your tracking coordinates indicate a delivery stall or if your package has not arrived within the estimated 10-14 day window, please reach out to our studio at hello@editions17.com with your order number so we can investigate immediately.
